Personally, I completed the game with all three of them and liked Froakie the best :3

I chose Fennkin since I always seemed to have a pattern of chosing fire types. Then i stored all those pokes when i migrated when the free trial of Poke Bank came out

Fennekin, but he became the secondary after I got Riolu...who lead my team as leader all the way through the Champion.

Only gym Fennekin helped with was the Ice Gym. XD

Not many Froakie fans out here, is there? I picked Froakie because I didn't really enjoy the look of Delphox, (I regretted thinking that the first time) and I wasn't a fan of Chespin either.
Greninja is awesome though!

I personally didn't play X/Y, but if I had to choose, my choice would have been Fennekin. It, not only is adorable, but also evolves into one of my favourite types - the psychic type.
